• Account information for the client and rep portals, handled through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Payment information processed directly by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
• Call and text message metadata when you contact us via phone or SMS, handled through Twilio.
• Booking details when you schedule a consultation through Cal.com.
• Standard web analytics — pages visited, session behavior, and device type — collected via Microsoft Clarity.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you've requested.
• To manage your project timeline, invoices, and support requests inside the client portal.
• To send appointment reminders, project updates, and, if you've opted in, marketing texts or emails.
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

How We Share Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that power our operations — Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls/SMS), Cal.com (scheduling), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Vercel (hosting) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations, and only to the extent needed to provide our services.
